Store returns purchased online and picked up in store
For all local store returns please bring your order confirmation email or your store invoice as well as the credit card you made the original purchase with. All returns of product purchased online and picked up in store will be credited to the original credit card.
New Returns – For new product returns we require the product to be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. New product must be returned within 1 year of the purchase date.
Warranty Returns – Our warranty returns policy follows the manufacturer warranty guidelines of the purchased product. If you are unsure of your product’s manufacturer warranty policy please contact us and we can help.
Core Returns – Core returns must be in the packaging of the product purchased and not broken beyond refurbishment. Please drain any fluids before returning.
Shipping returns purchased online and shipped to you
For product ordered online and shipped to you, we require that you fill out this form for your return. Customer service will contact you within 1 business day with the next steps.
New Returns – For new product returns we require the product to be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. New product must be returned within 1 year of the purchase date. Customer is liable for return shipping when vehicle specific product is returned and the exact fit parts tool is not used on the website order prior to purchase.
